These draft regulations aim to mitigate issues such as addiction, emotional dependence, and self-harm related to AI interactions.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Debate on Clarifying Strategy
The UK government is under increasing pressure to define a clear AI regulatory framework. Lawmakers warn that continued uncertainty could harm the UK’s competitiveness in the global AI landscape — and risk losing research and investment to countries with more predictable and robust policies.
